    bilingual in Russian and Uzbek detailing “six decisive conditions for victory,” rules for employing the personal shockworker booklet, shockworker duties and accomplishments, etc. Not all pages are photographed. This document alone is almost worth the price of admission.
    On-line sources reflect he was missing in action (MIA) in 1940, presumably in the Russo-Finnish War. He was AGAIN listed as MIA in February 1944 from the 1884 (
    sic – 184(?)
