Items sold "For Parts or Not Working" Have No Warranty & No Returns. Sold AS_IS.
We accept returns for 60 days for defective items that do not match items listing condition. We do not accept returns for non-defective systems. If we make an exception and allow a non-defective return, we will charge a 15% restocking fee.
If you take the system outside of the United States, we will not pay for your return shipping to us or our shipping back to you (in the event of an exchange). You will be fully responsible for all International shipping charges, duties, taxes and fees.
If your system is damaged in shipping please do not open. Please take pictures of damaged box & contact us within 24 hours and we will file a claim with the shipping company. No refunds will be given until the shipping company has decided the claim. We will not be responsible for any shipping damage that you report more than 3 days after delivery. We have only had 2 items damaged by shipping couriers since 2006.

Items sold "For Parts or Not Working" Have No Warranty & No Returns. Sold AS_IS.
This purchase is warrantied against “Defective Hardware” that does not match the listings condition rating only. All Hardware Serial Numbers are recorded & Tamper Proof Stickers are placed to protect the Buyer & Seller. When you receive your item please inspect for defects & damage. If the item is defective or damaged please contact seller immediately. The Buyer must email pictures and/or description to receive an RMA from the seller. Buyer is responsible to return item before the warranty expires. RMA number expires 10 days from the date issued (based on 7 days a week). Upon receiving an approved RMA return the Seller will promptly inspect buyers claim within 2 business days.
If the return is damaged by Liquids, Accidental or Intentional Damage, Abuse, Missing Parts, Serial Numbers don't match the original shipped components or Tamper Proof Stickers show signs of being tampered with will Void Any Warranties. Item must be returned in same condition as received. If the setup of the Software/BIOS/Hardware have been altered from its originally shipped configurations the warranty will be void. The software carries no warranty. At this time the Buyer will be promptly contacted within 2 business days after receiving the authorized return. No exceptions or exclusions verbally, written or implied. If there is anything you don't understand about the warranty please protect yourself & ask before any purchases.
