Absolutely all original Type 1 medal, ribbon, ribbon holder, uncut ring, soldered eyelet on medal.  Stalingrad Document is so original and folded so many times it has ripped on folded areas.  However, someone repaired it and from the front you can hardly tell it was ripped. Only 750,000 of these medals were ever issued since you had to still be alive after the battle to get one.  Almost 1,300,000 russian soldiers were lost in the battle.
