Nepal Himalayan Spirit Demon "Yeti" Mask.....late 19th century.

Here is a stunning and rare Nepalese, Himalayan mask depicting a fanged demon creature or some folkloric ferocious beast....perhaps....the "Yeti"?
It is a late 19th or very early 20th century specimen.
On the backside of the mask there are 2 inventory stickers and a peculiar red seal wax (with some words in the Sanskrit) - I am not too sure what this red wax represents, but if were to hazard a guess I'd say that it is some sort of "cultural property" export stamp (?). I 've seen this red wax stamp on some other few very good and authentic examples from the late 19th century.
This is a rare, beautiful and unusual Nepalese mask - possibly the best I've owned to date.
Nice dark hard wood with good patina.
