2 x SKT1000/16E Semikron SCR/Tyristors Large Aluminum Heatsinks + Mount Bracket

This listing is for two used thyristors/SCRs (SKT1000/16E) that are mounted to one pair of heat sinks mounted on 2 sides of SCR/thyristors.  The thyristors or heat sinks can be taken apart and used for other projects as you wish.  These are high power units that were mounted inside of some large motor soft starters that were removed because they did not have the programming functions and ability to protect the motors that they were hooked up to so newer soft starters that had this ability were installed.  These are in unknown condition although pulled out of working equipment that was disassembled for parts and scrap.  All we know is they were removed from motor soft starters that were taken out of service.   You are buying them as is with no warranty nor promise of use or ability.   You are going to get 2 heat sinks and 2 used SKT1000/16E power module thyristors/scrs.  As pictured in the pictures.  I have a total of 6 of these that I am selling.   I have included a picture of the specs and you can look up more specs online.  If you have any questions please contact me.  You will pay for shipping because these weight around 30lbs each.   Wishing you all the best....
