  • Condition: This item is in decent condition for it's age, but may have wear, minor blemishes, a ding, or other issues as shown in the actual images of the item. The frame is in good condition, but has minor blemish on the side toward the back. There a small pinch on the top left of the cel (refer to the 10th image). It is on the clear plastic area and not on the animated characters. It's hardly noticeable unless it's under highly reflective light and in the correct angle. If you look at it head on you can't see it unless you're looking for it. There is also some surface scratches on the right side of the glass where the mat is. Again the light has to be directly on it at the correct angle to see it.

It is one of a series of selected limited edition, hand painted reproductions of original artwork from Disney animated films. This recreated cel set-up, "Under the Sea," is form Sequence 4, Scene 9 of The Little Mermaid: After Ariel's encounter with Prince Eric, she sits on a rock on the ocean floor and talks dreamily about seeing him again. Sebastian tries to convince Ariel to forge the human world as he begins to sing "Under the Sea" "you dream about goin' up dere..."
