Magic Attic Doll Heather
, by Robert Tonner, with her original box, Magic Attic Book and Magic Attic Key, circa 2000. I have no flaws to report because Heather has been displayed inside an enclosed doll case away from heat and sun and has never been undressed or played with. Everything is just as is was when she was sold new. 18" Magic Attic dolls can share clothing with 18" American Girl dolls.
Included is a printed history of the Magic Attic dolls.
They were produced only 10 years (1994-2004); the
MAGIC
ceased 17 years ago.
The premise behind Magic Attic Club books is a group of neighborhood girls' discovery of a tune of clothes and mirror in a neighbor's attic. When they dress up in the clothing and look in the mirror they are taken on magical adventures. Issues of growing young girls are addressed in the stories.
Heather has a long full rich brown wig, inset brown eyes, painted lashes, blushed cheeks and light rose lip color. She has a fully-jointed vinyl body and nice hand detail with the middle and ring fingers joined.
Clothing: Pink slacks with pink fringe trim along the bottom and a snap closure in back. She has a pink knit short sleeve cropped top with snap closure in back, a fuzzy fringed jacket with deep and light pink and orange. Underneath, she has white cotton panties and wears pink lace-up boots. I have never lifted up her pant-legs before to realize that she has boots; very cute. The Magic Attic wrist tag is attached to her left wrist.
Heather is inside her original box with a carrying handle and her book, "
Magic Attic, the Adventure Begins Book 1"
is still attached in plastic inside the box along with the attic key necklace still attached as well. Also still attached inside her box is a pink plastic headband and a lavender hair brush.
